The invention provides a novel composite rock wool panel. The novel composite rock wool panel comprises a rock wool panel body, a net rack and a waterproof plate which are arranged from inside to outside in a sequence; the waterproof plate is of a tile shaped structure, and water collecting grooves are respectively formed in two sides of the waterproof plate; the net is of a three-dimensional structure and passes through the rock wool panel body; a screen cloth layer for fixing the rock wool panel is arranged between the rock wool panel body and the net rack; channel steels in which a plurality of threaded holes are formed are fixedly mounted at two ends of the composite rock wool panel; the waterproof plate is prepared from polymer waterproof mortar; the screen cloth layer is prepared from inorganic fiber materials; the net rack is prepared from stainless steel. The novel composite rock wool panel is simple in structure and integrates the waterproofing function, the heat insulation function, the heat preserving function and the fireproofing functions; the waterproof plate is arranged at the outermost layer to effectively prevent water from entering the rock wool panel body; the net rack is of a three-dimensional structure and passes through the rock wool panel body, so that the tension resistance of the composite rock wool plate can be improved; in addition, the screen cloth layer for fixing the rock wool panel body is arranged between the rock wool panel body and the net rack, so as to bind and reinforce the rock wool panel body.
