The invention provides a novel heat preserved and waterproof rock wool board. The novel heat preserved and waterproof rock wool board comprises an aluminum foil, an adhering layer, a rock wool layer and a net rack; the aluminum foil is arranged at the upper part of the rock wool layer; the adhering layer which is a glass fiber gridding cloth is arranged between the rock wool layer and the aluminum foil; the net rack which is prepared from stainless steel is arranged at the lower part of the rock wool layer and passes through the rock wool layer and the adhering layer to be connected with the aluminum foil. The novel heat preserved and waterproof rock wool board is simple in structure, nice and graceful and wide in application; the aluminum foil arranged on the surface layer enables smooth and nice surface of the novel heat preserved and waterproof rock wool board, and meanwhile, the waterproofing and heat preserving effects can be achieved; the net rack arranged at the lower part of the rock wool layer passes the rock wool layer and the adhering layer to be connected with the aluminum foil, and therefore, the tensile strength of the novel heat preserved and waterproof rock wool board can be improved.
