An 85%-weight-reduced storey-multiplied heat-insulation using-area-increased straw environment-friendly wall for decreasing fire disasters is light, thin, durable, capable of saving energy and free of fire disasters and provides a quiet environment. Rice and wheat straws are subjected to impurity removal and drying and is soaked and dried by using a high-temperature-resisting fire retardant. Cement paste is added into the rice and wheat straws to perform even mixing, a mixture is arranged into a mold, drawing is performed to obtain environment-friendly bricks, and the environment-friendly bricks are used for building the wall. The environment-friendly wall is 90% lighter than a brick wall and replaces the brick wall to be used for building a storied house so as to obtain more stories. The wall is produced in a factory according to the specification of 10M<2>/piece and installed in a construction site, a construction period is shortened, noise is reduced, and cost is reduced. The rice and wheat straws contained in the environment-friendly wall are non-inflammable at the temperature of 1000 DEG C, prevents transfer of the high temperature of several thousand DEG C and eliminates the influence on the house of nearby fire disasters.
