Rice and wheat straws are subjected to impurity removal and drying and is soaked and dried by using a high-temperature-resisting fire retardant. Cement paste is added into the rice and wheat straws to perform even mixing, a mixture is arranged into a mold, drawing is performed to obtain environment-friendly bricks, and the environment-friendly bricks are used for building the wall. The environment-friendly wall is 90% lighter than a brick wall and replaces the brick wall to be used for building a storied house so as to obtain more stories.
