The invention relates to the field of building isolation or other protection structures, specifically to a heat-insulation layer and wall layer integrated thermal insulation wall and its manufacturing method. The heat-insulation layer and wall layer integrated thermal insulation wall comprises wall units (10). Each wall unit (10) contains an insulation board (1), two support plates (2) and a wall layer (3), and is characterized in that each wall unit (10) also contains a first connecting piece (4) and a second connecting piece (5); and adjacent wall units (10) are connected and fixed through a unit connecting piece (6). The manufacturing method of the heat-insulation layer and wall layer integrated thermal insulation wall is characterized by being implemented according to the following steps successively: the two support plates (2) are arranged opposite to each other; and the two support plates (2) are connected through the first connecting piece (4) and the second connecting piece (5). The thermal insulation wall provided by the invention has a simple structure, is convenient to manufacture, is easy to install, has high assembling precision and has high work efficiency.
