Disclosed is an automatic machine for plastering a cylinder with cement mortar. The automatic machine comprises a circular arc slope plastering plate, a mortar box, supporting rods, a motor, an eccentric wheel, an adjusting pulling rod, a supporting rod sliding block, a winding wheel disc, a lifting motor, a guide way support, a wheel shaft, a winding wheel and a steel rope, wherein the circular arc slope plastering plate is made of a rigid material so that the plate can have certain elastic adjusting range on a circular arc radius, the mortar box is arranged on the rear side of the circular arc slope plastering plate, during usage, the machine is pushed to the cylinder, the lower side of the circular arc slope plastering plate is close to the cylinder, the adjusting pulling rod is adjusted according to the diameter of the cylinder so that the circular arc slope plastering plate is consistent with the diameter of the plastered cylinder, four fixing support legs are adjusted so that the machine and the ground are fixed together, then prepared cement mortar is shoveled into the mortar box, the motor of the eccentric wheel is started and meanwhile, the lifting motor is started, then the circular arc slope plastering plate slowly ascends, and the mortar flows out and is plastered on the cylinder.
