The invention discloses a complete set of construction technologies of an inner cable rope connecting plate. The technology is characterized in that a steel plate with four pores are manufactured; a cap (7), a U-shaped ring (8) and a special short sleeve surround tower legs (4) for locking to achieve overall stressing; an inner cable rope (11) is manually elastically controlled to stand and lift a holding pole. With the adoption of the inner cable rope connecting plate, an iron tower can be safely and efficiently erected in a working place in which an outer cable rope cannot be used; the inner cable rope connecting plate is necessary to popularize.
