The system comprises an infrared remote control module, an infrared receiving module and a control module; the infrared remote control module comprises an emitting key unit, an emission controller and an infrared emission unit; the infrared receiving module consists of an infrared receiving unit and a receiving controller; the control module comprises a main controller, a motor starting device and a relay; a grain warehouse door switching driving mechanism comprises a driving motor, a rack which is arranged at the bottom part of the grain warehouse door in the opening direction of the grain warehouse door, and a plurality of driven gears which are arranged below the warehouse door and engage with the rack; the plurality of driven gears are arranged in the opening direction of the warehouse door; every two adjacent driven gears engage with each other; a driving gear is mounted on an output shaft of the driving motor and engages with any one of the driven gears at two ends in the opening direction of the grain warehouse door.
