The invention relates to the technical field of casement windows, and in particular relates to an internal/ external casement window. The internal/ external casement window comprises a window body and a window frame which are hinged to each other; the window frame is divided into three frame sections; a window controller is mounted on the inner frame, a concave slot is formed in the medium frame, and a plastic part is arranged on the outer frame; a connecting rod is arranged at the bottom end of the window body and is connected with the window controller; a side frame of the window body is as thick as the outer frame of the window frame. The internal/ external casement window has the advantages that the mode of opening through the window controller is performed, and a hanging type curtain can be used during opening, so that the air tightness is high, the appearance is simple and graceful, and the economy and practicability are ensured.
