The invention discloses a suspension protection structure and a method of a cable box culvert pipeline. The structure comprises two parallel shelving girders, a plurality of top section steel, a plurality of bottom section steel and a plurality of suspension mechanisms, wherein the two shelving girders are arranged above the tops of piles on the two sides of a cable box culvert in a longitudinal direction of the cable box culvert; the top section steel is arranged on the two shelving girders at intervals; the bottom section steel is arranged below the cable box culvert via the suspension mechanisms; and the top section steel and the bottom section steel are correspondingly arranged vertically and are perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the cable box culvert. The structure is provided with the shelving girders, the top section steel, the bottom section steel and the suspension mechanisms, so that suspension protection can be performed on the cable box culvert, early relocation of the pipeline is avoided, the construction period of a project is saved, the cost of the project is lowered, the safety of the pipeline is ensured, the influence of construction on the society is reduced, and a technical guide can be provided for a future similar project.
