Process for producing potassium carbonate co-production cement through potassium feldspar
The invention discloses a process for producing potassium carbonate co-production cement through potassium feldspar. The process includes the steps that the potassium feldspar, limestone and hematite are smashed, then evenly mixed and conveyed into a rotary kiln for calcination; dust and smoke which are generated in the calcination process are collected and discharged into water to be immersed, solid and liquid are separated, evaporative crystallization is conducted on filtrate acquired after separation, and therefore a potassium carbonate product is acquired; clinker acquired in the calcination process and gypsum are smashed together and mixed, so that silicate cement is acquired. By the adoption of the process, the potassium carbonate product and a silicate cement product can be acquired at the same time, the recovery rate of potassium in the potassium feldspar is high, the added value of products is large, economic benefits are remarkable, and solid waste resources are efficiently and comprehensively used.
