The invention relates to the field of concrete aids and particularly relates to a cement strength enhancer. The cement strength enhanceer comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 5%-20% of triisopropanolamine, 3%-10% of calcium bentonite, 1%-5% of sodium polyacrylate, 0.5%-2% of sodium sulfate, 3%-10% of a cadmium-containing compound and the balance of distilled water, wherein the chemical formula of the cadmium-containing compound is C35H21N3P4Cd. According to the cement strength enhancer, the compressive strength of the cement in the 3rd day and the 28th day can be remarkably improved. By virtue of actual measurement of an inventor, the strength in the 3rd day can be improved by 6Mpa, and the strength in the 28th day can be improved by 8Mpa. Furthermore, the cement strength enhancer can be compatible with most aids, and the performances of various materials can be furthest improved.
