Environment-friendly asphalt tile mixture and method for preparing asphalt tile from same
The invention discloses an environment-friendly asphalt tile mixture and a method for preparing an asphalt tile from the same. The mixture is prepared by heating and mixing the following materials in parts by weight: 55-60 parts of RAP with a particle size of smaller than or equal to 5mm, 30-38 parts of RAP with a particle size of 5-10mm, 0-5 parts of RAP with a particle size of 10-15mm, 0-5 parts of filler and 0.5-1.5 parts of a cementing material. The method for preparing asphalt tile comprises the following steps: weighing and preheating the materials, mixing the RAP with all levels of particle sizes, mixing the cementing material, and mixing the filler to obtain an asphalt tile mixture; and pouring into a mould for formation, and demoulding to obtain an environment-friendly asphalt tile. In the environment-friendly asphalt tile mixture and method for preparing the asphalt tile from the same, disclosed by the invention, the waste RAP is fully used for preparing the asphalt tile mixture, and the asphalt tile is prepared by use of the mixture, so that the consumption of traditional resources is reduced, environmental pollution is reduced, the environment is beautified, and the invention conforms to the national idea of resource regeneration and sustainable development.
