The present invention provides a single-component brick material flexible waterproof back glue, a preparation method and uses thereof. The single-component brick material flexible waterproof back glue comprises, by weight, 30-50 parts of a silicate cement, 5-10 parts of a high aluminum cement, 30-50 parts of quartz sand, 10-30 parts of re-dispersible latex powder, 0-1.0 part of calcium formate, 0-0.2 part of a defoamer, 0-0.2 part of a water reducer, 0.05-0.2 part of cellulose ether, 0-0.2 part of sodium citrate, 0-0.2 part of organosilicon powder, 0.05-0.15 part of a thixotropic lubricant, and 0.1-1 part of nanometer silicon oxide. According to the present invention, the formula of the back glue is scientific and rational, the back glue can be firmly adhered with stones, vitreous stones and the like so as to provide the high pull-off strength, and the back glue has characteristics of strong flexibility, efficient water resistance, prevention of occurrence of phenomena such as water spotting, saltpetering and the like, strong permeability, avoidance of stone disease occurrence, and stone strength increase.
