Inorganic expansive grouting material for mine gas sealing layer and preparation method of expansive grouting material
The invention discloses an inorganic expansive grouting material for a mine gas sealing layer and a preparation method of the expansive grouting material, and relates to a grouting material for the mine gas sealing layer; the grouting material consists of the following materials in parts by weight: 10-50 parts of silicon bauxite clay, 20-45 parts of sulfoaluminate clinker, 10-30 parts of gypsum, 5-15 parts of lime, 0.6-1.3 parts of a naphthalene water reducer and 55% of water in terms of the total weight of the solid materials. The grouting material is prepared by firstly breaking the various solid materials, then weighing the materials according to proportions and grinding the materials into fine powder by virtue of a ball mill, and mixing the raw materials in fine powder with additional water according to proportions. The product disclosed by the invention can be used for sealing a gas isolating layer, and can be also used for filling a grouting worked-out section of a mine abscission zone and for fire preventing and extinguishing as well as waterproofing and leaking stoppage; effects are relatively ideal; and the grouting material has the advantages of being environment-friendly, energy-saving and low in cost.
