Baking-free brick and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a baking-free brick and a preparation method thereof. The baking-free brick is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 5-10 parts of latex powder, 5-10 parts of an anti-cracking agent, 10-15 parts of lime, 15-20 parts of soil powder and 10-15 parts of water. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) mixing the latex powder with the anti-cracking agent, pouring into a container, adding water of which the mass doubles the total mass, heating at temperature of 50 DEG C, stirring while heating, diluting until the solution is uniform completely, stopping heating for later use; (2) adding water into the lime and the soil powder, uniformly stirring, mixing and stirring with the material obtained in the step (1), pouring into a mold, extruding for 3 minutes by using a 50kg of pressure, and naturally drying in the sun to obtain the baking-free brick. The brick disclosed by the invention is firm and durable in use.
