The high pressure-resistant thermal insulation material is prepared by combining a fiber ceramic frame and sol and is subjected to drying and oven processing. The fiber ceramic frame is prepared by combining a fiber matrix and an enhancer and is subjected to drying and high-temperature processing. The fiber matrix is formed by dispersing at least one of quartz fiber, alumina fiber, mullite fiber and zirconia fiber to form a specific shape. The high pressure-resistant thermal insulation material is mainly used for aerospace industry, civil industry and the like.
