Method for preparing floor tile by using straw
The invention relates to the field of production of floor tiles, and concretely relates to a method for preparing a floor tile by using straw. The method comprises the following steps: (1) preparing materials of the floor tile, namely, mixing clay, shale, fly ash and fragmented straw, adding water and stirring; (2) performing forming processing, namely, forming the floor tile by using the above mixture and using a brickmaking forming machine; (3) drying, namely, namely airing the formed floor tile; and (4) sintering, namely putting the aired floor tile in a sintering furnace for anoxic heating, wherein the heating process is divided into a pre-heating stage, a calcining stage and a warm-keeping stage. According to the method, the corn straw is mixed into the floor tile materials, anoxic heating is employed, a corn straw particle outside of the tile is insufficiently combusted and falls off, and thus an antiskid layer is formed, and the corn straw particle in the tile is charred and forms a reinforced structure. The technology is simple, the produced floor tile is high in strength and good in antiskid performance, an approach for recycling of straw is provided, also the cost is low and the usage scope is wide.
