Grinding body for electric porcelain production
The invention discloses a grinding body for a ball mill in the raw material powder grinding section of a ceramic body in the electric porcelain production process. The grinding body is made of the following raw materials: industrial alumina (Al2O3>=98%) as the main body, coal ash, clay, zirconia and cerium nitrate. The main preparation process comprises the steps of mixing and grinding industrial alumina, coal ash, zirconia and cerium nitrate, caclcining the ground mixtur at 1,1000 DEG C in a kiln, cooling the calcined mixture to the room temperature and mixing the cooled calcined mixture with clay, grinding, and forming and drying the ground secondary mixture, then feeding the dried secondary mixture into the kiln to be calcined at 1,250-1,350 DEG C, and discharging out of the kiln after being calcined and cooled to obtain the grinding body for electric porcelain production. Compared with the aluminum porcelain blank grinding body frequently-used by manufacturers at present, the wearing resistance of the grinding body containing zirconium and cerium elements is improved by 1.8-2.2 times, the grinding efficiency is promoted and the product cost is lowered.
