Micro-porous ceramic membrane and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to a micro-porous ceramic membrane, belonging to the technical field of ceramic material processing. The micro-porous ceramic membrane is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 40-60 parts of silicon oxide, 30-45 parts of aluminum oxide, 10-20 parts of aluminum hydroxide, 10-20 parts of vermiculite, 1-5 parts of magnesium fluoride and 0.01-0.5 part of lithium oxide. A preparation method for the micro-porous ceramic membrane comprises the following steps: preparing the components into mixed fine powder in proportion; uniformly mixing the mixed fine powder and deionized water in a weight ratio of 1:3 to 1:6, naturally drying in air after molding, roasting and cooling, thereby obtaining the micro-porous ceramic membrane. The micro-porous ceramic membrane has an aperture size of 0.2-40 mu m, porosity of 40-90%, specific gravity not higher than 1.49g/mL, and strong wear resistance.
