Gyromagnetic ferrite used in 4G communication isolators and circulators, and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to a gyromagnetic ferrite material suitable for communication frequency bands, and especially relates to a gyromagnetic ferrite used in 4G communication isolators and circulators, and a preparation method thereof. The gyromagnetic ferrite is prepared from the following raw materials, by weight: 54.3 parts of Fe2O3, 44.5 parts of Y2O3, 0.6 parts of CaCO3, 0.52 parts of ZrO2, and 0.08 parts of MnCO3. The formula for the gyromagnetic ferrite and the process of the preparation method are obtained with 5 years of researches and explorations. Large amount of experiments are did from rare earth raw material content to ratio, to iron deficiency amount and ball milling media sintering temperature, and the like, such that an optimal combination is found through verification and comparison. The produced product has a stable performance; mass production is realized; and material indicator parameters are same as corresponding American products, such that the material indicator parameters are interchangeable.
