The invention relates to a preparation method of MgTiO3-CaTiO3 ceramic, and belongs to the technical field of ceramic production. The processing method of the MgTiO3-CaTiO3 ceramic comprises the following steps: carrying out ball milling and mixing MgO, CaCO3 and TiO2; drying; sintering; adding Li2O-B2O3-SiO2 self-made glass, carrying out ball milling and mixing; drying; tabletting; and sintering. The LBS is added and the stoichiometric proportions of MgTiO3 and CaTiO3 are adjusted, so that the MgTiO3-CaTiO3 ceramic is good in bonding condition with a silver electrode co-firing interface, is free of obvious diffusion, and has excellent chemical compatibility; and the ceramic process is simple, and can be widely applied to manufacturing of chip-type multilayer microwave devices.
