Skimming tool and production process
The invention discloses a skimming tool. The skimming tool is prepared from refractory castable and water, wherein the refractory castable is prepared from the following materials: 75 to 82% of refractory aggregates and refractory powder, 15 to 19% of bonding agents, and 0.2 to 0.5% of composite additives, and 3 to 5.5% of water is added. The production process of the skimming tool comprises the following steps: preparing the refractory aggregates and refractory powder; preparing the bonding agent and the composite additives; mixing the refractory castable; pouring raw materials; firing. According to the production process, the type and use amount of the additional submicron powder, bonding agents and composite additives are tested, and therefore, the produced skimming tool is high in resistance to thermal shock, impact resistance and erosion resistance, long in service life, free of repair during use, low in cost, high in use effect, free of stokehold ramming, outstanding in effect, and small in thickness, saves the raw materials, improves the stokehold working environment, and lowers down the stokehold labor intensity.
