Preparation method of compound natural porous mineral ceramic microbeads
The invention relates to the technical field of mineral materials and particularly relates to a preparation method of a healthy and environment-friendly material and a catalyst material for performing efficient adsorbing and catalyzing. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) preparing kieselguhr, opal, sepiolite, attapulgite, kaolin and a sintering aid into a compound porous mineral at a weight ratio of (70-90) to (5-25) to (1-10) to (1-10) to (1-10) to (1-10); (2) after adding a dispersing agent, a binding agent and water into the compound porous mineral, feeding the mixture into a ball mill, and grinding and mixing to form a mixed material; (3) carrying out spray drying on the ground mixed material to form microbeads; and (4) calcining the dried microbeads. The preparation method has the beneficial effects that raw materials are wide in sources, the production cost of the material is low, the sintering temperature of ceramic is low, and the energy is saved; the preparation method has a wide application prospect.
