The invention discloses a manufacturing process of a jun kiln. The manufacturing process comprises the following steps: step 1. taking fetal soil raw materials including Shenhou western temple soil and aluminum ore, roughly crushing and mixing respectively, and adding the mixture into a ball mill to be milled; step 2. putting the milled fetal soil into a mud tank to be aged, adding aged mud into a mud mixing machine, and carrying out air exhausting treatment to obtain a mud strip; step 3. manually throwing and molding the mud strip, naturally airing and baking at 960 DEG C to obtain a green body; step 4. taking a loess raw material and putting the raw material into the ball mill to be milled to obtain bottom layer glaze, taking melilite, quartz, calcite, Wanyaoshi, talcum, ox bones, titanium dioxide and tin oxide and mixing, putting the mixture into the ball mill to be milled to obtain outer layer glaze; and step 5. taking the green body, glazing and firing to obtain the jun ceramic. The manufacturing process is simple; two layers of glaze surfaces are adopted and earthworm mud lines, which are vertically and transversely crossed, are formed by mutual fusion; and the artistic appreciation of a jun kiln vessel is improved.
