The invention discloses a durable aluminum alloy door frame, which comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 77% to 83.3% of aluminum, 1.7% to 2.6% of manganese, 2.3% to 3.2% of chromium, 0.9% to 1.8% of nickel, 2.6% to 3.5% of zinc, 5.4% to 6.3% of magnesium, 2.5% to 3.4% of titanium and 1.3% to 2.2% of copper. The durable aluminum alloy door frame provided by the invention is formed by melting aluminum, manganese, chromium, nickel, zinc, magnesium, titanium and copper at high temperatures. The prepared durable aluminum alloy door frame has the advantages of scratch resistance, high abrasion resistance, high mechanical strength, corrosion resistance, anti-oxidation, and long service life.
