The invention discloses a roadbed structure for treating a deep soft soil karst foundation. The roadbed structure for treating the deep soft soil karst foundation comprises a karst layer, a hard soil layer located above the karst layer, a soft soil layer located above the hard soil layer, a cushion laid on the top of the soft soil layer and a roadbed laid on the top of the cushion, wherein multiple rows of chemical churning piles are arranged on the soft soil layer on the bottom of the cushion in the direction of a road, each row of chemical churning piles includes a plurality of chemical churning piles which are arranged side by side, the bottom of each chemical churning pile penetrates through the soft soil layer to be inserted into the hard soil layer, the top of each chemical churning pile is flush with the top surface of the soft soil layer and is connected with the bottom of the cushion, and an integrated grouting reinforcement area is formed by conducting pouring in the lower portion of the hard soil layer and the karst layer. According to the roadbed structure for treating the deep soft soil karst foundation, the stability of the deep soft soil karst foundation can be guaranteed, post-construction settlement of the foundation can be effectively controlled, and stability and deformation control of a high speed railway foundation in a deep soft soil karst area are achieved.
