Lifting device suitable for lifting and installing suspension bridge stiffening girders
The invention relates to the field of suspension bridge stiffening girder lifting and installing construction, in particular to a lifting device suitable for lifting and installing large segments of stiffening girders of a suspension bridge. The lifting device comprises a power system, an anchoring system and a control system. A lifting system is arranged on a stiffening girder lifting bridge face plate, and the lifting and installing capacity of the device is improved by improving the performance of a lifting oil cylinder; the stiffening girders of the suspension bridge are synchronously lifted through a computer synchronous control technology, the safety coefficient in the lifting process is increased, meanwhile all main components of the system can be reused, and the cost saving effect is remarkable; compared with a deck erection gantry, a cable lifting device, a rail cable lifting device and the like, the influences, brought by sites, natural conditions and the like, on the system are smaller, practicability is high, and the lifting device is suitable for being further popularized in later large-segment suspension bridge stiffening girder lifting construction.
