A road indicator and a camera are arranged on the cross rod, the cross rod comprises a first cross rod and a second cross rod, the first cross rod is fixed to the vertical rod, the second cross rod is hinged to the first cross rod, the road indicator is arranged on the first cross rod, the camera is arranged on the second cross rod, a mounting hole is formed in the hinge joint of the first cross rod and the second cross rod, a pin seat is connected onto the mounting hole, a pin hole is formed in the pin seat and connected with a pin rod, and a limit portion is arranged at one end of the pin rod. By the aid of the technical scheme, the traffic indicating road rod is convenient to maintain and keeps unimpeded traffic.
