The invention relates to a protection device, in particular to an anti-breakage road tilting prevention fixing pile which comprises a cylindrical pile body and a base. The top end of the cylindrical pile body is sealed, the base is fixed onto a road through a foundation bolt, a hemispheric expansion end is arranged at the bottom of the cylindrical pile body, a hemispheric groove containing the hemispheric expansion end is formed in the upper end of the base, a sleeve is arranged below the center of the bottom of the hemispheric groove, a pressure spring is arranged in the sleeve, a steel wire penetrating the center of the pressure spring is arranged at the bottom end of the pressure spring, and the other end of the steel wire penetrates the centers of the hemispheric groove and the hemispheric expansion end and is fixedly connected with the cylindrical pile body. By the aid of the technical scheme, the road tilting prevention fixing pile is not easily knocked down or broken and can automatically restore after being knocked down.
