The integral step-type dam body is formed by adopting multi-layer reinforcement gabion stacked combination, and the body type of the step-type dam body is basically the same as that of conventional gravity dam types such as concrete debris retaining dam and grouted rubble debris retaining dam; the structure is simple, the certain character of 'flexibility' of the structure is achieved, a general degree of deformation feedback to the soft foundation of the covering layer is effective adapted, the dam body can not be destroyed, so that fundamental demands to build a dam is lowered, the dam can be constructed on the soft foundation of the covering layer, the construction is simple, and the construction cost is low.
