The invention aims at providing a dynamic construction method for a structure for improving the foundation bearing capacity. The method can be used for well dealing with the abnormal changes of a foundation and comprises the steps that the reconnaissance step of general situation reconnaissance detection is conducted; the design step is conducted, wherein a standard structure for improving the foundation bearing capacity is designed and corresponding structures are preset according to a general situation reconnaissance detection result and a design load requirement, the standard structure comprises a conical block layer which is formed by a plurality of conical blocks which are transversely arranged side by side, and each conical block comprises a cone part and a pile foot part; the construction step is conducted, wherein firstly, dynamic reconnaissance detection is conducted while standard structure construction is conducted, and secondly, when the bias exists between general situation reconnaissance detection and dynamic reconnaissance detection in a certain area, the proper preset structure is selected, construction is conducted according to the proper preset structure, and the parameters of the conical blocks are changed in the preset structure compared with those in the standard structure.
