The invention belongs to the technical field of building engineering, and particularly relates to a prefabricated prestressed concrete hollow soil nail and a construction method. The method includes the following steps that (1) the prefabricated prestressed concrete hollow soil nail is pressed or screwed in directly, a mechanical lead hole is drilled when it is difficult to press or screw in the soil nail, and the required hole diameter is smaller than or equal to 60% the diameter of the soil nail; (2) the prefabricated prestressed concrete hollow soil nail is pressed or screwed into the lead hole, and the dip angle of the soil nail inclines downwards by 5 degrees to 25 degrees; (3) a core bar is adopted to push an end head to be over 1 m away from the soil nail, the core bar is pulled off, a rebar is inserted to abut against the end head directly; (4) the bottom and the side wall of the soil nail are grouted; (5) a hollow part of the soil nail is filled with plain concrete or soil bodies. The prefabricated prestressed concrete hollow soil nail and the construction method have the advantages that the soil nail and the method are low in disturbance to the soil bodies, good in anti-cracking ability, large in bearing force and the like, and steel is saved.
