Monitoring method for concrete pouring of pile foundation
The invention relates to a monitoring method for concrete pouring of a pile foundation. The method comprises the steps of 1) measuring the variation of temperature and pressure of the tested pile foundation on real time through a fiber grating sensor, and respectively generating spectral wavelength variation of the temperature and pressure; 2) demodulating the spectral wavelength variation of the temperature and pressure through an analyzing instrument to obtain the variation data of the temperature and pressure, transmitting the data to a computer monitoring center, and displaying through a display device; 3) building a 3D geometric model for the pile foundation to be measured at a concrete pouring field by a computer through finite element software ANSYS; 4) importing the variation data of temperature and pressure into the 3D geometric model of the measured pile foundation to obtain a 3D dynamic model of the temperature and pressure of the tested pile foundation; 5) monitoring the pile foundation at the concrete pouring site on real time through the 3D dynamic model of the temperature and pressure according to the variation data of the temperature and pressure of the measured pile foundation. Compared with the prior art, the method has the advantages of being visual, vivid, safe and reliable, and alarming on real time.
