The invention discloses an ecological and energy-saving rainwater reuse system which comprises a bio-retention facility, a penetration-discharge facility, a photoelectric conversion device and an ultraviolet disinfection device. The bio-retention facility for rainwater processing mainly comprise a covering layer, a vegetation layer, a packing layer, a gravel layer, a collector pipe, a filter net and a water outlet pipe. Rainwater which has not permeated into the bio-retention facility is discharged by the penetration-discharge facility which is composed of a gutter inlet, a permeable rainwater inspection well and a penetration-discharge integrated pipeline. A photovoltaic panel, a controller and a storage battery in the photoelectric conversion device are connected with a water pump and ultraviolet lamps to form a loop. The ultraviolet disinfection device mainly comprises multiple stages of quartz tubes and ultraviolet lamps, the ultraviolet lamps are arranged in the quartz tubes to disinfect overflow water. According to the system, an ecological treatment technology and a photoelectric conversion technology are combined, and the ecological and energy-saving rainwater reuse system involves an ecological and energy-saving rainwater reuse technology and is economical, environmentally friendly, reliable, and capable of beautifying the environment and scientifically managing rainwater.
