The invention belongs to the technical field of municipal drainage and relates to a double-layer drainage ditch, in particular to a double-layer drainage ditch based on split flowing of rainwater and sewage. The double-layer drainage ditch comprises a ditch body, a partitioning plate support is arranged in the wrist of the interior of the ditch body and is connected with an elastic partitioning plate through a connecting plate, the elastic partitioning plate partitions a channel inside the ditch body into an upper layer and a lower layer, the upper layer is a rainwater channel, and the lower layer is a sewage channel. A closure hole is formed in the partitioning plate, a closure limiting valve is arranged under the closure hole, and when the amount of sewage on the lower layer is large and cause rise of a sewage surface, a float valve is raised under the action of the buoyancy of the sewage to block the closure hole. A cover plate is arranged at an opening in the upper end of the ditch body, the opening of the ditch body is covered with the cover plate, and a plurality of drainage openings are evenly formed in the cover plate. According to the double-layer drainage ditch, the rainwater channel and the sewage channel can be laid at the same time, initial rainwater can be stopped, and the use purposes of a small size, a variable volume, a small buried depth, a small occupied space, less investment, and convenient overhaul and maintenance can be achieved.
