The invention relates to a building beam-column joint connecting structure and process. The building beam-column joint connecting structure comprises a steel pipe column, protective sleeves and precast concrete beams. Installation openings are formed in the steel pipe column, and protective plates are fixedly connected to the peripheries of the installation openings. The protective sleeves are perpendicularly and fixedly connected to the inner sides of the protective plates. The two ends of each precast concrete beam stretch outwards to form lap joint steel bars. The lap joint steel bars stretch into the steel pipe column from the installation openings and are fixedly connected with cast-in-place concrete in the steel pipe column. The building beam-column joint connecting structure has the advantages of being easy to manufacture and install, high in construction speed, short in construction period, and reasonable in structural stress.
