Assembly type floor system and construction method thereof
Provided is an assembly type floor system and a construction method of the assembly type system. The assembly type floor system comprises a supporting beam, assembly type floors, a plurality of core holes and a plurality of perforating connecting steel bars, wherein the supporting beam is of an H-shaped structure, the width of the edge of the top flange of the supporting beam is smaller than the width of the edge of the bottom flange of the supporting beam, web slabs are connected with the top flange and the bottom flange, and a through hole is formed in the upper portion of each web plate; the assembly type floors are precast slabs with core holes or solid precast slabs, and the end portions of each assembly type floor are laid on the bottom flange of the supporting beam; a plurality of parallel core holes are formed in each assembly type floor with core holes in the width direction of the assembly floor, and grouting holes corresponding to each core hole is arranged on the upper end face of the end of each assembly type floor; grouting steel bar buried grooves are formed in the upper end face of the assembly type floor, and the grouting steel buried grooves corresponds to the through hole of each web slab of the supporting beam; a plurality of perforating connecting steel bars penetrates through the through holes in the web slabs of the supporting beam, the two ends of each perforating connecting steel bars are anchored in the grouting steel bar buried grooves in each assembly type floor on the two sides of the supporting beam, and the gap between the end portions of the floors and the supporting beam, the grouting steel bar buried grooves, the side seams between the end portions of the core holes and the assembly type floors are grouted to formed a whole structure. The assembly type floor system and the construction method of the assembly type floor system has the advantages that the influence of a floor system on floor height is reduced, large-span flexible divided spaces are provided, the economy efficiency is good, and the earthquake resisting performance is good.
