The invention relates to a construction tool for a building, in particular to a non-dismantling reserved hole mould for a floor sewer pipeline. The non-dismantling reserved hole mould comprises a cylindrical mould body vertically placed on a floor pouring formwork. The cylindrical mould body is prefabricated through concrete, and the height of the cylindrical mould body is larger than the thickness of a floor. A convex ring making sealing contact with the floor pouring formwork is arranged on the outer side of the bottom of the cylindrical mould body, opposite vertical sliding grooves are formed in the inner side of the cylindrical mould body, the lower ends of the vertical sliding grooves are sealed, and a connecting piece is arranged between the vertical sliding grooves and fixed to the floor pouring formwork below the connecting piece through a screw. According to the technical scheme, the reserved hole mould for the floor sewer pipeline is high in strength, resistant to floating and free of water leakage and does not need to be dismantled.
