The adjustable embedded construction method includes the following construction steps that a blocking-preventing isolating layer is arranged between the junction box and a concrete contact surface, an embedded cable conduit is installed on one side face of the junction box, a reserved groove isolating layer is arranged between the embedded cable conduit and a timber formwork, after concrete pouring and formwork removal, the junction box is taken out, then the blocking-preventing isolating layer is cleared away, dry hard cement mortar is used for embedding and filling, the junction box is embedded, and the position of the junction box is adjusted before the dry hard cement mortar is solidified so that the upper surface of the junction box can be flush with a decorating layer. The adjustable embedded construction method has the advantages that operation is easy, after completing, a panel of the junction box is tightly attached to the surface of the decorating layer, no gaps exist around, and installing is firm; quality is reliable, and construction efficiency is improved.
