The invention discloses a steel tube beam assembling construction method, and relates to the assembling field of steel tube beams. By the adoption of the technology, operation is easy, the angles of welded connecting plates are the same, the directions of the welded connecting plates are consistent, and therefore the assembling quality of the steel tube beams is improved. According to the method, the connecting plates are welded on steel tubes of one steel tube beam, a support is used when the connecting plates are welded, the support is used as an auxiliary tool used for aligning the positions of the connecting plates and the positions of the steel tubes, the support comprises two cross arms and datum plates which are connected with the cross arms and used for supporting the connecting plates, and the datum plates are connected with the cross arms through at least two adjusting rods and at least two distance adjusting hold-down nuts at the two ends of each datum plate. The steel tube beam assembling construction method is suitable for being used when the steel tube beam is assembled.
