The invention discloses a novel three-dimensional parking building which comprises a steel frame-shaped garage, wherein a plurality of layers of fixed parking plates are arranged in the steel frame-shaped garage from bottom to top in sequence; a lifting parking plate is arranged at the outer side of the steel frame-shaped garage, ends of two hydraulic telescopic rods II are connected with the inner side of the top of the lifting parking plate, and the other ends of the two hydraulic telescopic rods II are arranged on a hinge type lifter arranged in two stand columns outside the steel frame-shaped garage; ends of the two hydraulic telescopic rods II are connected with the outer side of the bottom of the lifting parking plate, and the other ends of the two hydraulic telescopic rods II are connected with the outer side of a fixed parking plate on the bottom of the steel frame-shaped garage. The novel three-dimensional parking building disclosed by the invention is simple and reliable in structure, delicate in design, not high in manufacturing cost, extremely small in occupied space, so that a good solution is provided for solving the problem that parking in each parking lot is difficulty, and the large-scale popularization and use is facilitated.
