The invention discloses a rail device capable of being rapidly installed and detached. The rail device comprises a combined rail supporting device and an embedded assembly arranged at the bottom of one end of the combined rail supporting device. The combined rail supporting device comprises a plurality of vertical stand columns, a plurality of horizontal stand columns and connection beams, wherein the horizontal stand columns are perpendicular to the vertical stand columns, and the connection beams are connected between the vertical stand columns and the horizontal stand columns. The connection beams are connected with the vertical stand columns and the horizontal stand columns through bolts. The embedded assembly is connected with the bottom of the combined rail supporting device through bolts. The rail device capable of being rapidly installed and detached is novel in structure, attractive in appearance, high in disassembly and assembly efficiency, higher in corrosion resistance, longer in service life, high in shock resistance and good in security and protection effect.
