The invention discloses a mechanical interlocking and lateral-locking anti-theft lock. A rear lock cylinder of the anti-theft lock is completely disconnected from a connecting body and a front lock cylinder, a connecting hole is formed in the front face of the rear lock cylinder, and a connecting tongue penetrating hole is fixed to the rear face of the rear lock cylinder. A lateral-locking device and a rotating locking device lock the front lock cylinder, and the rear lock cylinder is locked through a locking head. Mechanical interlocking, invisibility and front and rear lock cylinder connecting invisibility are integrated so that a thief can not open the lateral-locking device, the rotating locking device and an asynchronization locking device at the same time, and the rear lock cylinder can not be rotated; even if the lateral-locking device and the rotating locking device are damaged by a savage means, only the front lock cylinder can be rotated, the rear lock cylinder is locked through the locking head, the connecting body and the rear lock cylinder are not connected, the rear lock cylinder can not be rotated, and therefore the thorough anti-theft effect is achieved.
