The invention discloses an asynchronous machine side locking anti-theft lock. A rear lock cylinder is completely separated from a connection body and a front lock cylinder, a connection hole is formed in the front face of the rear lock cylinder, a connection tongue is fixed on the rear face of the rear lock cylinder to penetrate through a via hole, and a side locking device and a rotary locking device lock the front lock cylinder. As mechanical interlocking, invisibility and hidden connection between the front lock cylinder and the rear lock cylinder are integrated, a thief can not simultaneously unlock the side locking device and the rotary locking device or rotate the rear lock cylinder; even after the thief destroys the side locking device and the rotary locking device barbarously, the thief only can rotate the front lock cylinder, the rear lock cylinder does not rotate, and the thorough anti-theft function is achieved.
