The invention discloses a moisture-proof thermal insulation safe and a manufacturing method thereof. The safe comprises a safe body, a safe door and an anti-theft lock, wherein the safe body is hinged to the safe door through a hinge. A moisture-proof partition is horizontally arranged in the safe body, and a constant temperature heating tape is arranged on the moisture-proof partition; the safe door is provided with the anti-theft lock, the edges around the inner side of the safe door are provided with sealing waterproof and fireproof adhesive tape, and the anti-theft lock is a gear linkage safety lock; the safe body is provided with a metal outer layer, a thermal insulation layer, a drilling-resistance layer, a fireproof layer and a metal inner later in sequence from outside to inside. The moisture-proof partition enables the moisture-proof thermal insulation safe to have the function of constant temperature stoving and drying, and enables paper things and other valuables placed on the moisture-proof partition to keep dry and prevents moisture when used in cooperation with a moisture absorption partition in the safe body; and meanwhile, the fireproof layer and the thermal insulation layer can effectively protect valuables in the safe when a fire is on.
