The invention discloses an intelligent antitheft door comprises a mounting wall, a top plate, a left side plate, a mounting plate, a door plate, a password recognizer, a handle and a door mirror. According to the intelligent antitheft door, a sound insulation plate mounted in a housing is prepared from sound insulation material and is of good heat insulation structure, so that the sound insulation effect can be achieved; the password recognizer mounted on the left side plate is equipped with an advanced recognition system through which the antitheft door can be opened only after recognizing through a face and fingerprint and inputting accurate password, and therefore, a quiet and safe home can be created for people, the damage of noise pollution to people can be avoided, and the property loss caused by a lawbreaker can be prevented.
