The invention discloses a filling type system preventing heat exchange of a window. The system comprises a heat insulation block. A limit groove is formed in the upper portion of the heat insulation block. An upper sectional material is arranged in the limit groove. The lower portion of the upper sectional material is matched with the limit groove. The two sides of the upper sectional material are provided with a first insulation board and a second insulation board respectively. A connection groove is formed in the middle of the upper sectional material. The connection groove is filled with heat insulation materials. The upper portion of the upper sectional material is provided with a second through hole. A fixing rod is vertically installed on the heat insulation block. The system improves the heat insulation performance of the window in the mode that the upper sectional material is filled with the thermal insulation materials. The thermal insulation materials in the upper sectional material can prevent heat from directly penetrating through the upper sectional material, heat transfer between the inside and the outside of the window is reduced, and therefore the heat insulation performance of the window is improved. A connection rod is arranged at the upper end of a fixing rod so that the connection rod can prevent the upper sectional material from sliding off from the insulation block.
