The invention discloses a detachable telescopic ladder for a fractionating tower and a method for constructing the detachable telescopic ladder for the fractionating tower. The detachable telescopic ladder for a fractionating tower comprises a first prefabricated steel plate, a second prefabricated steel plate, first connectors and footplates, wherein the footplates can extend and contract on the direction vertical to the first prefabricated steel plate and the second prefabricated steel plate; the method for constructing the detachable telescopic ladder for the fractionating tower comprises the steps of prefabricating the first prefabricated steel plate and the second prefabricated steel plate; preembedding the prefabricated steel plates parallelly in a wall body of a tower body; and uniformly, fixedly arranging a plurality of groups of first connectors on the prefabricated steel plates; mounting the footplates in the first connectors; and fixing the first connector and the footplates by using second connectors. The footplates in the detachable telescopic ladder disclosed by the invention is of a U-shaped structure, and can extend and contract freely on the direction vertical to the first prefabricated steel plate and the second prefabricated steel plate, so that the distance from the ladder to the wall face is increased to facilitate ladder climbing.
