The present invention relates to a filling piece for a sliding window that is filled in a space portion S formed between a window frame (10) and window sashes (20), the filling piece including: a body (110) fixedly mounted on the inner surface of the window frame (10); a plurality of divided pieces (120) spaced apart from each other on one surface of the body (110) in a vertical direction with respect to the body (110) so as to fill the space portion S between the window frame (10) and the window sashes (20) at the time when the window sashes (20) are closed; and a porous member (130) adapted to be filled in at least one dew water discharging passage (111) formed on the other surface of the body (110) so as to allow dew water to be passed therethrough and to maintain air tightness.
