The invention discloses a method for hoisting a panel. The method comprises the following steps: (1) preparing a hoisting device, specifically comprising the following steps: (a) preparing two hoisting arms same in structure; and (b) respectively mounting the two hoisting arms same in structure at the front and rear ends of two full reinforcing steel bars which are arranged at an interval, wherein the two full reinforcing steel bars are fixedly connected with the bottom end of a grapnel of a long grapper on a same side with the two hoisting arms, respectively; and (2) putting a to-be-hoisted prefabricated panel between the two full reinforcing steel bars and respectively hooking rotary shafts of the two hoisting arms by virtue of lifting hooks of hoisting machinery, wherein the prefabricated panel is locked between the two full reinforcing steel bars till being hoisted to an appointed position. The method disclosed by the invention has the advantages that the method is simple in mounting process, convenient to mount, simple to operate and safe and reliable, and local materials can be used for manufacturing a device for mounting the hoisted prefabricated panel. The prefabricated panel is safely and reliably hoisted without damaging the prefabricated panel. The project quality is ensured and the construction period is shortened.
